Whether it’s the abuse of foot traffic or the desire for a new look, over time, every business needs a refresh, which is exactly what we provided our friends at Not By Bread Alone. While much of the project involved updating finishes, they made an important decision to change the workflow of employees at the counter to provide a better experience for customers. This redesign was not an easy decision and required our staff to spend considerable time in the space to gain a comprehensive understanding of their operations, reconfigure the space, and enable the owners to move forward confidently. After a lengthy planning phase, we provided a construction schedule that transitioned from old to new over the course of four days and nights, allowing the owners to have minimal downtime.
