Whether it's the abuse of foot traffic or the desire for a new look, over the course of time every business needs a refresh which is exactly what we provided our friends at Not By Bread Alone. While much of the project was updating finishes, an important decision was made to change the workflow of employees at the counter with an end goal to provide a better experience for customers. This was no easy decision and required our staff to spend considerable time in the space to gain a complete understanding of their operations in order to re-lay the space and allow the owners to confidently move forward. After a lengthy planning phase, we provided a construction schedule which went from old to new over the course of 4 days and nights allowing the owners to have minimal downtime.
