"We knew from the beginning that we were in good hands as soon as we met John DeLeers, owner of John Joseph Construction and the project manager Brent Heim. John met with us many times to discuss the floor plans for our home and each time listened to our needs. Consequently he would return with a revised edition of our plans to make sure they were exactly what we wanted. We trusted John with his ideas & were impressed with the revisions he made on his computer which allowed us to have a concise & visual concept of our final plans. He also emphasized to us that we could make as many revisions as we wanted on the computerized  blueprint, however once the construction began it would be more costly to us & more time consuming to his crew if we chose to make any changes. John also made several appointments for us to meet with the companies that sold the windows, the bathroom & kitchen fixtures, the exterior & fireplace stone, the carpeting, the cabinets, the quartz countertops etc. Furthermore, he would bring samples to show us of the exterior product he recommended for the outside of the house. We were very satisfied with the companies he works with & the quality & craftmanship of their products as well as their service. However, John was very aware of the costs of items related to our budget & would make suggestions on how we could save ourselves some money with alternative selections without jeopardizing the quality. Once our construction project began, then Brent became very involved making sure the crew was completing each phase efficiently & within the time frame allotted. In addition, he would send us pictures periodically of our house project along with a list of what they completed & what items we were supposed to have picked out for the subcontractors. As our project moved on, we realized that John Joseph construction was not just a building company, but a professional contractor with high standards. John, Brent and their entire crew were wonderful to work with, as a result they made our construction project very enjoyable with little stress. Another positive note worth mentioning was the fact that John & Brent made sure the subcontractors were not only doing their job, but were on schedule when needed.
