Build With a Professional Residential & Commercial Construction Team
We are hiring a skilled Carpenter / Lead Carpenter to join our residential and commercial construction team based out of Green Bay, Wisconsin. We are looking for carpenters who take pride in quality craftsmanship, organized jobsites, and building projects they can be proud of. Our projects are well organized and supported by strong project management so our carpenters can focus on doing high-quality work instead of fighting jobsite chaos. We maintain high standards for craftsmanship and are building a team of skilled professionals who take pride in doing the job right the first time. Our team stays busy year-round building custom homes and residential and commercial remodeling projects throughout Northeast Wisconsin. Carpenter Responsibilities

  • Perform rough framing carpentry including layout of walls, trusses, and floor systems
  • Frame residential structures while maintaining accurate layout and tolerances
  • Install windows, doors, siding, soffit, fascia, and exterior trim
  • Perform finish carpentry including trim installation and other detail work
  • Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
  • Identify construction issues early and resolve them before they become larger problems
  • Work with project managers, subcontractors, and field crews to maintain efficient workflow
  • Lead task-specific crews when necessary
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
  • Erect scaffolding and ladders safely when working above ground level
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in residential and commercial carpentry, framing or remodeling
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and building materials
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to identify jobsite issues and implement solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with custom homes or residential remodeling
  • Experience working on light commercial and commercial renovations
  • Experience leading small crews or jobsite tasks
  • Knowledge of structural framing, siding installation, and finish carpentry

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Regular standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, and ladder use
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Work Environment

  • Residential and commercial construction projects throughout Northeast Wisconsin
  • Typical travel within approximately 60 miles of the Green Bay office
  • Work closely with project managers, carpenters, subcontractors, and homeowners

Pay: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour
