John Joseph Construction is seeking a Skilled Residential Carpenter who takes pride in precision, quality, and delivering high-end results. If you’re experienced in custom homes, remodeling, and finish carpentry—and want to work on premium projects with a professional team—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of residential carpentry:
- Framing
- Interior trim & finish work (base, casing, crown, cabinetry install)
- Window & door installation
- Decks, additions, and remodels
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Work closely with project managers and homeowners
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship with attention to detail
✅ Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential carpentry experience (custom homes preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
⭐ Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience in high-end custom homes or luxury remodeling
- Leadership experience or desire to grow into a lead role
- Ability to manage small crews or subcontractors
Work Location
Projects located throughout the Eagle River, St. Germain, and Minocqua, WI areas.

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
